If you have HVAC design experience combined with business development and client liaison, then this could be right up your ally!
This is a key position, directly managing other Project Managers, dealing with Property Managers, Architects etc, pricing, tendering and business development.
The position is within a cooperative, hard working team for a busy multi-service M&E contractor where ability and effort are well rewarded.
You will work closely with the Contracts Manager/Projects Management team, dealing with the end user to design HVAC systems and overall management of contracts.
You will be heavily involved in:-
- • All stages of the contract from client liaison
- • Technical advisory/design
- • Pricing/Tendering,
- • Liaising with contractors, architects and engineers on site,
- • Work through design and build processes,
- • Installations through to reporting,
- • Issuing completion documents etc.
This is a varied position that requires organised approach, as there are a number of important documentation and compliance requirements to meet for each project.
Candidates should have experience in CAD drafting for mechanical building services as a minimum with at least 5years Project Management? Applicants with specific industry experience in HVAC will be highly regarded.
