Who likes BIG toys??

Don’t  need a BE for this role but you will definitely have Trade Certificate or similar and aspire to ‘holding the fort’.

In general, your day will:-

·         Be VERY interesting

·         Definitely challenge you

·         Allow you to develop your career

·         And keep you interested enough that you will want to go to work!

You will:-

·         Undertake and perform repairs and maintenance (huge list of toys here)

·         Assessment/Reporting of damage

·         Ordering and sourcing of parts

·         Outsourcing ‘specialised’ of repairs

·         Training staff on use and maintenance of equipment

·         Attend breakdowns (24/hr operation) or provide phone support

·         Health & Safety – Reporting/hazard identification

·         See the big picture

·         Take ownership and accept responsibility

·         Shoot straight from the hip

·         Have a down to earth personality style

·         But at the same time be highly motivated

Must have:-

·         Minimum requirement for this role will be at least 5yrs maintenance/repair of plant& equipment

·         Clean criminal record  (Police clearance required)

·         And be computer literate (but you don’t have to be a whizz!)
