Stainless Steel Light Fabricator - Immediate Start, but we are always looking for your skill set.

We are looking for 2 experienced Stainless Steel light Fabricator that  can produce  Stainless Steel components, and make them shine. This is a long term project that may become permanent for the right people. You will be a competent with using both Mig and Tig welders working to a quality finish.

Stainless Steel Fabricator.

The position been offered is long term contracts roles that may lead into a permanent position.

You will  Ideally have or most of the following::

  • Trade Qualified as Light Fabricator or equivalent;
  • Experience in fabrication of high end Stainless Steel components;
  • Experience in polishing and finishing of Stainless Steel fabricated work;
  • Competent in both MIg and Tig welding procedures;
  • Competent in operation of general workshop equipment;
  • Can work unsupervised, also in a team environment;
  • Are punctual and reliable at all times;
  • Able to meet dead lines;
  • References will be required.
  • Salary will be based on experience.

Fleet Service Technician - Diesel Mechanic or Automotive Technician

This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and a variety of repairs on Fleet vehicles, crucial to the SAFE operation of the fleet.

You will:-

  • Have the recognised Trade qualifications;
  • Have a proven work history in diesel mechanics or Fitter, though not essential;
  • Enjoy big boys toys;
  • Have some experience and knowledge of hydraulics;
  • Be available for working on-call (one in four);
  • Be based within the Wellington region or can relocate;
  • Hold F, R, T or W endorsements or be willing to get appropriate ‘endorsements’ if required.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN  - Ongoing requirement

An opportunity has arisen for the position of a Service Technician with the right attitude and skills to join our friendly team. Our workshop is Wellington based and specialises in the supply and service of forklifts however the position will include work on a great variation of materials handling equipment.
 

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Service Technician who enjoys the independence of being out on the road.

A company vehicle will be supplied as a lot of time will be spent outside of the workshop as a mobile technician.

A person who has a positive outlook and the communication skills required to develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships will be successful in this position.
Rostered call outs with overtime is part of our business, we would prefer someone able to work Saturdays.

CNC Brake Press Operator - Immediate Start

Our client is a progressive company that runs a manufacturing engineering workshop producing components both for local and overseas markets. They have made significant invested into their workshop tooling to ensure they are at the for front of technology with in their field.  

Responsibilities will include:

• To produce quality pressing i.e., cones segments, squares to round etc
• Understanding machine set ups and tool changes
• Quality/ quantity/dimensional tolerances checks
• Meeting the scheduled times to ensure customer satisfaction
• To work overtime when/if required

It is essential that you have the following criteria:

• Competency in CNC brake press operation
• Ability to read work shop drawings
• Be a highly organized/motivated
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Fork lift License would be advantageous but not essential
